Murshida Ratan (Lysbet) Witteveen ‑ de Vries Feyens (1920 ‑ 2006) was a Murshida in the Sufi Movement with a long commitment to the healing activity. As a child, she met Hazrat Inayat Khan in 1926. Ratan was the wife of Karimbakhsh Witteveen and from 1983 to 1997 centre leader of the Wassenaar/Katwijk aan Zee centre. In the 1980s she was secretary of the Leadership Council of the Movement. For a long time she was Moin‑ul‑Maham (secretary) of the Universal Worship Activity. She was also active in the Healing Service of the Sufi Movement. She also composed Sufi music. She was a daughter of Fazil and Jamila de Vries Feyens and the sister of Zahir.
