Our Organisation collects the following data:

How do we store your data?
Our Organisation securely stores your data on our database which can be accessed at the IHI office in England. Our site is secured by OVHcloud, Poland.
If you have registered for one of our events, or have specifically requested to be on our notifications database, Our Organisation will keep your name and email address on our notifications database for a reasonable period, or until you ask us to remove you from the database. In all other cases we will delete your data immediately.
What are your data protection rights?
Our Organisation would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access ‑ You have the right to request Our Organisation for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
